Depending on the service you’re inquiring about, I’ll also take him/her for a short ride in the van followed by a small group walk. We do this to ensure your dog is comfortable and confident enough to thrive in one of our programs. It also allows your dog to become properly acquainted with me before moving forward.

Frequently Asked Questions
Pack Walk & Daycare
If I pick up late can I send my dog with their dinner?
Yes, if you’re picking up after 5 p.m., I have no problem feeding your dog when I feed mine. No extra charge.
Do you have a minimum number of daycare days for each dog?
We require a minimum of two days a week, with a 24-hour cancelation policy. We simply want to ensure your dog is able to receive consistent socialization, energy release, and relationship growth with his fellow canine companions. Our program is specially designed to ensure that your dog plays with appropriate pack mates and learns good play behavior in a controlled and safe environment. This comes with consistency.
What time do you pick up in the morning?
We pick up between 9-10:30am.
Can I drop my dog off in the morning if we don’t live in your service area?
Yes of course. We allow drop-offs from 8-9am.
What is the latest I can pick my dog up from daycare?
Pick up anytime between 4–6:30 pm.
Cage-Free Boarding
My dog is an escape artist. What precautions do you take for this?
My backyard is fully fenced with 8ft wood fencing that goes all the way to the ground. I check it weekly if not daily for holes. While the dogs are outside, they’re always monitored and never left unattended.
Should I bring my dog’s food?
Yes! I require that dogs come with their own food to help prevent upset tummies while boarding. Be sure their name and feeding instructions are on the bag or feeding container.
How many dogs do you board at once?
I have three personal dogs of my own. On an average weekend, I usually have about six dogs (during the holiday season, I may take up to ten).
My dog has special needs and/or takes medication. Can you help with that?
Yes, if I’m able, I am always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate your pets’ needs. Please contact me to discuss your pet’s needs. If you have medications, please put them in a plastic bag with instructions and I will be happy to do so at no extra charge.
Does my dog go on Group Pack Adventures while boarding?
Yes! If your dog boards with me between Monday to Friday, the Group Pack Adventures are included at no extra charge. We do not do Group Pack Adventures on Saturday and Sunday, but we still make sure to have a lot of outdoor fun.
My dog doesn’t like other dogs. Can he still board with you?
Currently, our boarding environment is in a group setting, which means if your dog is not dog friendly, we will not be able to accommodate him/her. However, we are more than happy to refer you out to a different facility or trainer.
What’s the trial/on-boarding process like?
Our main goal is to ensure all dogs are happy and thriving as a group. This means all dogs start by coming over for a two-hour minimum complimentary trial day. This gives me an opportunity to assess his temperament, take him on a small pack walk, and see how he gets along with the other dogs.

I’d love to board my dog! How can I get started?
What do I bring for boarding?
I have bowls, bed, blankets, crates, and even slow feed bowls. The less you bring the better as we don’t want your things to get lost or destroyed by another dog.
